EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
01. Dy. Manager (HRD) : Degree in any discipline is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/ Management/ Behavioral Science/ Trg & Development /HRD/ HRM.
02. Dy. Manager (Refractory) : Degree in Ceramics Engineering.
03. Dy. Manager (Finance) : Degree in any discipline with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
04. Dy. Manager (Safety) : Degree in Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the Odisha State Government or Regional Labour Institute under DGFASLI.
05. Dy. Manager (Systems) : Degree in Engineering is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Computer Science OR Master in Computer Application OR M-Tech in Computer Science is desirable.
06. Dy. Manager (Geology) : M.Sc.(Geology)
07. Dy. Manager (Survey) : Degree in Mining Engineering With Surveyor certificate of Competency in COAL.
08. Dy. Manager (Materials) : Degree in Engineering or any discipline is essential. Degree or recognized PG Diploma in Materials Management OR MBA with specialization in Materials Management/Supply Chain/Logistics.
09. Dy. Manager (Horticulture) : Degree in Agriculture/ Forestry with Specialization in Horticulture OR Recognized PG qualification in Horticulture.
10. Asst. General Manager (Environment) : Degree in Engineering with PG Diploma in Environmental Science/Degree in Environmental Engineering.
11. Asst. General Manager (Mechanical) : Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering.
12. Asst. General Manager (Despatch) : The candidates should have experience as an Executive/Officer in Govt. or PSUs or reputed/leading organizations.
13. Asst. General Manager (E&I) : Degree in Electronics /Instrumentation/Telecom Engineering/ Degree in Electrical Engineering.
14. Asst. General Manager (Safety) : Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mine Managers’ Certificate of Competency in COAL.
15. Asst. General Manager (Geology) : M.Sc.(Geology)
